COURTNEY JERNIGAN
Courtney completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Savannah College of Art and Design, and was the only American selected to complete a Masters of Fashion Design Advanced from the Polimoda Institute in Florence, Italy. Courtney was published as one of Graphic Design USA’s “People to Watch” in 2018 and she sits on the board for the Knoxville Museum of Art, chairing the Marketing Committee and plays an integral part in the community.
GARRETT JERNIGAN
With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate Development experience. Garrett completed his Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee. Garrett has developed single family neighborhoods, Multi-Family apartment projects, shopping centers, and single tenant net leased assets. Through his brokerage firm, Graystan Real Estate, LLC, Garrett also has experience selling income producing assets for a wide range of clients.
